У зв’язку з прийняттям НКРЕКП змін до постанови №2454 від 01.12.2021 "Про встановлення тарифу на послуги з передачі електричної енергії НЕК "УКРЕНЕРГО"" на 2022 рік - 0,34564 грн. без ПДВ та 0,414768 з ПДВ за 1 кВт*год. перший абзац розділу "Ціна" комерційної пропозиції №4ВС викладеної в Додатку №2 до Договору викласти в новій редакції, а саме: "Фактична ціна (тариф) купованої Споживачем електроенергії у розрахунковому періоді, яка зазначається а акті купівлі-продажу електроенергії, становить - 4,139323 грн., в т.ч. ПДВ - 0,689887 грн. за 1 кВт*год.". Усі інші умови договору залишаються без змін.
