Керуючись п. 2 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та відповідно до п.3.4. розділу 3 Договору, у зв'язку з підвищенням (коливанням) ціни Товару на ринку, підтвердженого документально (підтверджено довідкою уповноваженого органу), Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю Товару не більше як на 10 відсотків від ціни визначеної в Договорі одночасно не збільшуючи кількості (обсягу) закупівлі та не погіршуючи якості Товару.
