Сторони домовилися зменшити загальну суму договору на 17524,62 грн.(сімнадцять тисяч п'ятсот двадцять чотири грн. 62 коп.), в т. ч. ПДВ 20% -2920,77 грн. (дві тисячі дев'ятсот двадцять грн. 77 коп.), визначену в п. 3.1. Договору.
Абзац другий п.1.2. Розділу I "Предмет договору" в наступній редакції:
"1.2. Найменування послуг: ДК 021:2015 -65310000-9 - "Розподіл електричної енергії". Обсяг розподіленої (спожитої) електричної енергії на 2022 рік становить 220000 кВт*год.".
Абзац перший п. 3.1. Розділу III «Сума договору" викласти в наступній редакції: Сума цього договору становить 279383,61 грн. (двісті сімдесят дев’ять тисяч триста вісімдесят три грн. 61 коп. .), в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 46563,94 грн. (сорок шість тисяч п'ятсот шістдесят три грн. 94 коп.).

Сторони, керуючись п.1 ч.5 ст.41 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі» уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне:
Сторони дійшли згоди про зменшення обсягу наданих послуг з розподілу електричної енергії на 17614 кВт/год., відповідно зменшити суму Договору на 22369,78 грн., (в т. ч. ПДВ 20% -3728,30 грн.), та п. 3.1 Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«Сума цього договору становить 257013,83 грн. (Двісті п’ятдесят сім тисяч тринадцять грн. 83 коп.), в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 42835,64 грн.» Обсяг розподіленої (спожитої) енергії на 2022 рік становить - 202385 кВт*год.
