Керуючись Законом України "Про затвердження Указу Президента України "Про продовження строку дії воєнного стану в Україні" № 2500-IX від 15.08.2022р та п.5.1 , п.11.1 Договору № 151 від 17.08.2022 р. (далі – Договір) уклали дану додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Пункт 5.1. Договору викласти в новій редакції:
5.1. Поставка Товару здійснюється щоденно, крім вихідних та святкових днів з моменту підписання договору, до 21 листопада 2022 року, відповідно до Заявок Покупця. Даний термін продовжується у випадку продовження дії воєнного стану в Україні.
