1. Керуючись п. 8 ч. 5 та ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», на підставі п. 10.3 та пп.8 п. 11.5 Договору збільшити суму договору на 50 000,00 грн. (П’ятдесят тисяч гривень 00 копійок).
2. Викласти п. 3.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«3.1. Ціна цього Договору становить 548 000,00 грн. (П’ятсот сорок вісім тисяч гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ.
У тому числі на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2022 році - 50 000,00 грн. (П’ятдесят тисяч гривень 00 копійок), без ПДВ».
3. Викласти п. 5.1. Договору в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Строк надання послуг: до 31 грудня 2021 року.
Строк надання послуг, на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі у 2022 році: до 31 березня 2022 року».
