У зв’язку із збільшенням фінансування на 2017 рік Додатковою угодою № 2 були внесені зміни в Додаток 2 (план фінансування) і Додаток № 3 (календарний графік виконання робіт) та відповідно такі зміни не призведуть до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі. Опис нових змін до договору не прописані в ч.4.ст.36 Закону, але відповідно до ст10 їх необхідно оприлюднити протягом трьох днів з дня внесення змін.
