Дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку
Додатково, даною додатковою угодою №2 зафіксовано внесення змін до договору в частині зниження вартості на 2 гривні за 1 літр пального (бензину А-95 та дизельного палива). Відповідно у 2023 році відповідно до вказаних змін до договору буде придбано:
Бензин А-95 в обсязі 1740 л за ціною 49,00 грн./л на суму 85 260,00 грн;
Дизельне паливо в обсязі 1640 л за ціною 53,00 грн./л. на суму 86 920 грн.
