Керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також умовами укладеного між Сторонами Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на постачання природного газу № 6 від 10.03.2020 року на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі в 2021 році, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, та внести відповідні зміни до Договору.
Внести зміни до п. 10.1. Договору, виклавши його у новій редакції
