Сторони зменшують фінансування робіт у 2021 році на суму 3820 000,00 (три мільйони вісімсот двадцять тисяч гривень 00 коп.) грн., і збільшують на цю суму фінансування в 2022 році. Загальна сума цього Договору залишається без змін

В зв’язку із сприятливими погодними умовами, наявністю затверджених бюджетних призначень на 2021 рік, необхідністю виконання та фінансування цих робіт у 2021 році виникла необхідність внести зміни щодо фактичного фінансування даного об'єкту в поточному році. Сторони збільшують фінансування робіт у 2021 році на суму 247 307,20 грн. (двісті сорок сім тисяч триста сім гривень 20 коп.) з ПДВ і зменшують на цю суму фінансування в 2022 році, також уточнюють джерела бюджетних коштів. Загальна сума цього Договору залишається без змін

В зв’язку із наявністю затверджених бюджетних призначень на 2022 рік у сумі 440000,00 грн. (чотириста сорок тисяч гривень 00 копійок), необхідністю виконання та фінансування робіт у 2022 році на суму, меншу ніж було заплановано у 2022 році на 1160338,02 грн. (один мільйон сто шістдесят тисяч триста тридцять вісім гривень 02 копійки), Сторони домовилися на цю суму збільшити фінансування робіт у 2023 році і продовжити строк виконання робіт до 25.06.2023 року, і термін дії Договору відповідно до 25.12.2023 року.

Дрогобич в межах проектної ділянки та зменшення обсягу видатків Замовника на 2023 рік згідно рішення Дрогобицької міської ради від 30.11.2023 року № 1986, Сторони погодили продовження строку виконання зобов'язань згідно Договору, виконання та оплата яких планувалася у 2023 році на 2024 рік, а саме зменшують виконання та фінансування у 2023 році на суму 402225,53, та на цю ж суму збільшують заплановане виконання та фінансування у 2024 році.
