Extension of the contract term and fulfillment of obligations for transfer of goods, performance of works, provision of services in case of occurrence of documented objectively justified circumstances that caused such extension, including force majeure, delay in financing of customer's expenses, provided that such changes will not lead to an increase in the amount specified in the contract
Note:
1. Відповідно до пункту 7.5. Договору, Сторони досягли згоди Розділ 2 «ПРАВА ТА ОБОВ’ЯЗКИ» доповнити підпунктом 2.1.18 наступного змісту:
«2.1.18. Надати Послуги в строк, що не перевищує 45 (сорока п’яти) календарних днів з дати укладення Угоди до цього Договору.».
2. Відповідно до пункту 7.5. цього Договору, Сторони досягли згоди пункт 6.1. цього Договору викласти в наступній редакції:
«6.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами та скріплення печатками Сторін і діє до 21.11.2022, але у будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань.».
3. Усі інші умови Договору, не порушені цією Угодою, залишаються без змін та Сторони підтверджують свої зобов'язання по ним.
