В зв’язку з виробничою необхідністю, на підставі п. 1 ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», уклали цю додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Сторони домовились зменшити загальну суму договору на 375270,37 грн. (триста сімдесят п’ять тисяч двісті сімдесят грн. 37 коп.) та визначити загальну вартість послуг згідно Договору 3 752 703,70 грн. з ПДВ (три мільйони сімсот п’ятдесят дві тисячі сімсот три гривні 70 коп.)

Note:
У зв’язку із зменшенням обсягів закупівлі, зокрема з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків, зменшити вартість послуг, що є предметом Договору та відповідно зменшити загальну вартість Договору на 562905,54 грн. (п’ятсот шістдесят дві тисячі дев’ятсот п’ять гривень 54 копійки), у зв’язку з чим внести наступні зміни до Договору та викласти пункт 2.6. Договору в наступній редакції:
« п. 2.6. Загальна вартість послуг «Виконавця» за цим договором становить 3189798,16 (три мільйони сто вісімдесят дев’ять тисяч сімсот дев’яносто вісім гривень 16 копійок) без ПДВ.»

Відповідно до частини 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2023 року Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 312725,31 (триста дванадцять тисяч сімсот двадцять п'ять) гривень 31 копійок, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в цьому Договорі.
