У звязку з підняттям ціни закупівлі електричної енергії на всіх видах ринків у лютому 2021 року, що підтверджується виданою довідкою Торгово-промислової палати України №359/08.0-7.3 від 15.02.2021, уклали Додаткову угоду про наступне: Керуючись п.2 та 7 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", п.3 ст.631 Цивільного кодексу України та умовами Договору, Сторони домовились збільшити ціну за одиницю товару на 9,99% з 01.02.2021.
