згідно Реєстр змін розподілу показників зведених планів асигнувань загального фонду на 2021 рік УО ДРДА № 130 від 20.10.2021 р. та Реєстр змін розподілу показників зведених планів асигнувань загального фонду на 2021 рік УО ДРДА № 131 від 21.10.2021 р. по коду програмної класифікації видатків та кредитування місцевого бюджету 4211021, керуючись статтями 651, 652, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони уклали цю Додаткову угоду про наступне:
1. Внести зміни до п. 3.1 та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«2.1 Ціна цього Договору становить 1 655 198 грн. 50 коп. (Один мільйон шістсот п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч сто дев’яносто вісім грн. 50 коп.) без ПДВ, з них:
- Загальний фонд 1 655 198 грн. 50 коп. (Один мільйон шістсот п’ятдесят п’ять тисяч сто дев’яносто вісім грн. 50 коп.) без ПДВ
- Спеціальний фонд 0 грн. 00 коп.
