1. Сторони керуючись положеннями пункту 1 та 7 частини 4 статті 36 Закону України № 922 "Про публічні закупівлі", п.3.2. та п.3.3. Договору дійшли до взаємної згоди, щодо зменшення ціни Договору відповідно до реального фінансування. 1.1 Пункт 3.1. Договору викласти в наступній редакції: Ціна Договору становить 424 000.00 грн. (в т. ч. ПДВ 70666.67 грн). 2. Додаток №1 Обсяги постачання Послуги (теплової енергії) до Договору викласти в новій редакції. В іншій частиниі умови Договору залишаються незмінними.

Сторони, а кожен окремо-Сторона, уклали Додаткову угоду №3 до Договору №317/4076/1 від 15 грудня 2016р. Про закупівлю Пари та гарячої води за державні кошти про таке: 1. Строк дії Договору продовжити до 31 березня 2017 року або до моменту укладення Договору. 2. Усі інші положення цього Договору, зміну яких не передбачено цією Угодою, залишаються незмінними і обов"язковими до виконання Сторонами.
