2. Викласти п. 3.1. Договору у такій редакції:
«п. 3.1. Загальна сума договору з урахуванням суми 20%-ї угоди складає 211 486,13 грн. (Двісті одинадцять тисяч чотириста вісімдесят шість грн. 13 коп.), з ПДВ.»
3. Викласти п.10.1. Договору у такій редакції:
“10.1.. Цей Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до моменту завершення Замовником процедури закупівлі на початку 2020 року, а саме до 31.03.2020 р.
