Відповідно до Закону України « Про державне регулювання у сфері комунальних послуг», постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 01.06.2011 року № 869 « Про забезпечення єдиного підходу до формування тарифів на житлово - комунальні послуги» та Постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері комунальних послуг № 2439 від 29.12.2016 року, керуючись Законом України «Про публічні закупівлі» №922- VIII від 25.12.2015 року, сторони дійшли взаємної згоди змінити ціну за одиницю товару з 13.01.2017 року (1 339,27 грн. за 1 Гкал з ПДВ).
