Відповідно до постанови НКРЕКП від 01.12.2021 № 2454 змінюється тариф на послуги передачі електричної енергії ПРАТ НЕК "Укренерго", у зв'язку з чим, у відповідності до ч. 5 ст. 41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", сторони домовились внести зміни до договору, установивши з 01.02.2022 ціну за одиницю товару 4,314904 грн. з ПДВ.
