Відповідно до звернення Постачальника (лист від 23.05.2022 №б/н додається) та керуючись п.2 розділу 5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та п.3.5 Розділу 3 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору про закупівлю та в зв’язку з цим зменшити суму Договору на 5,95 грн.

Розділу 3 Договору, Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити ціну за одиницю товару до 10 відсотків пропорційно збільшенню ціни такого товару на ринку у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку за умови, що така зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю, - не частіше ніж один раз на 90 днів з моменту підписання договору та у відповідності до п.3.4 розділу 3 Договору, в зв’язку з цим, зменшити суму Договору на 20 329,44 грн.
