Відповідно до п.7 ч. 5 ст.41 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі ", Сторони дійшли згоди збільшити суму договору на 42500 грн (сорок дві тисячі п’ятсот гривень),виклавши пункт 40 Договору в наступній редакції :
«Сума договору на 2021 рік згідно кошторисних призначень складає 179600 грн (сто сімдесят дев’ять тисяч шістсот гривень)»
