Керуючись пунктом 3 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», покращити якість предмета закупівлі без збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі, шляхом встановлення: багажного відділення в автобусі; 1-місного пасажирського сидіння праворуч від водія; мультимедійної системи 10" з сенсорним екраном IPS, стекло 2.5D; та у відповідності п. 4 частини 5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» , відтермінувати строки виконання зобов’язань передбачені Договором Причина зменшення обсягів закупівлі зазначена лише для отримання можливості коригування строків виконання зобов’язань через обмеженість технічних можливостей електронної системи
