Сторони дійшли згоди внести в Розділ 3 Договору зміни, щодо продовження строку поставки Товару, в зв’язку з затримкою фінансування витрат Покупця, виклавши пункт.3.1. в наступній редакції: «Товар має бути поставлений у строк до 10 червня 2025 року». 2. Сторони також домовились внести зміни до Розділу 8 Договору, виклавши платіжні реквізити Замовника в наступній редакції: «р/р UA 558201720344330004000077283 в ДКСУ м.Київ, МФО 820172». 3. Всі інші умови Договору залишаються чинними і Сторони підтверджують по ним свої зобов’язання.
