Відповідно п.3 ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII (зі змінами та доповненнями), керуючись п. 11.2 Договору № 590у від 18.09.2020 року та іншими нормативними актами, у зв’язку з покращенням якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору, а саме: Викласти Додаток №3 «Технічні характеристики товару» до Договору № 590у від 18.09.2020 року в новій редакції. Додаток в новій редакції додається.
