Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання, поширює свою дію на відносини, що склалися між сторонами з 01 січня 2019 р. і діє в частині постачання природного газу до 31 січня 2020 р., відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України, а в частині проведення розрахунків - до повного їх здійснення".

Загальна вартість Договору у 2020 році складається з місячних сум вартості фактично поставлених обсягів газу Споживачеві, згідно актів приймання-передачі. складених Сторонами протягом 2020 року та складає 36585,23 грн., крім того ПДВ 7317,05 грн., всього з ПДВ 43902,28 грн. згідно актів приймання-передачі, складених Сторонами протягом 2020 року.
Доповнено розділ IV "Ціна, порядок проведення розрахунків" пунктом наступного змісту:
4.1.2. Вартість послуг з постачання газу на час проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року визначається у межах 20 відстотків вартості, передбаченої у п. 4.1.1. Договору, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків Споживача".
