1.1. Викласти пункт 2.1. Договору в такій редакції:
«2.1. Загальна ціна даного Договору становить 268 140 (двісті шістдесят вісім тисяч сто сорок гривень) 00 копійок, у тому числі ПДВ – 44 690 (сорок чотири тисячі шістсот дев’яносто гривень) 00 копійок.».
1.2. Викласти пункт 3.1. Договору в такій редакції:
«3.1. Виконавець бере на себе зобов’язання надавати Замовнику Послуги, визначені у Додатку № 1, який є невід’ємною частиною даного Договору з 01.04.2021 до 31.01.2022 року включно.».
1.3. Внести зміни в Додаток № 1 «Кошторис послуг» до Договору та викласти його в редакції, що додається.
