Сторони дійшли згоди продовжити договір на постачання вугілля до навчальних закладів на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми , визначеної у договорі, укладеному в попередньому році а саме 301750,00., пункт 2.1. змінити у наступній редакції: Ціна цього Договору визначена на підставі вартості найбільш економічно вигідної пропозиції і становить 1812125,00 грн., що передбачається за рахунок бюджетних коштів з урахуванням транспортних витрат на поставку та завантаження.
