Відповідно до п.1, ч.5 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» та на підставі п. 1.3 Договору № 5262 від 09.03.2021 р., сторони дійшли згоди щодо зменшення обсягу закупівлі та відповідно суми Договору на 117 729,00 грн (сто сімнадцять тис. сімсот двадцять дев’ять грн. 00 коп.)
2. Внести зміни до пункту 3.3 Договору № 5262 від 09.03.2021 р. та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«Загальна сума Договору становить: 254 271,00 грн (двісті п’ятдесят чотири тис. двісті сімдесят одна грн. 00 коп) в т.ч. ПДВ 42 378,50 грн.

1. Керуючись ч. 6 ст. 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а також з урахуванням положень додаткової угоди № 3 від 31.12.2021 р. до Договору, Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити дію Договору на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку 2022 року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому Договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку.
2. Сума виконання договору, укладеного в попередньому році становить
254 271,00 грн (двісті п’ятдесят чотири тис. двісті сімдесят одна грн.) в т.ч. ПДВ 42 378,50 грн. Вартість цієї Додаткової угоди складає 46 500,00 грн (сорок шість тис. п’ятсот грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 7 750,00 грн. згідно специфікації (Додаток 1).
