на пп 1 п. 19 особливостей , яким передбачено змінювати істотні умови договору про закупівлю після його підписання та до виконання зобов’язань сторонами в повному обсязі у випадку зменшення обсягів закупівлі, зокрема, з урахуванням фактичного обсягу видатків замовника в підставі пп.13.7 Договору сторони дійшли взаємної згоди зменшити обсяги закупівлі на 101490,70 грн з ПДВ.
