У зв’язку з підвищенням ціни на природний газ на ринку, керуючись п.2 ч.4 ст.36 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору, а саме:
"1.2. Постачальник передає Споживачу газ в обсягах 268249,125 м.куб.
2.2. Ціна газу становить – 8220,83 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ – 1644,17 грн., всього з ПДВ – 9865,00 грн."

Змінити пункт 1.2. розділу І виклавши його в наступній редакції:
1.2. Постачальник передає Споживачу газ в обсягах 243896,554 м. куб.
Змінити пункт 2.2. розділу ІІ виклавши його в наступній редакції:
2.2. Ціна газу становить – 9041,67 грн. за 1000 куб.м., крім того ПДВ – 1808,33 грн., всього з ПДВ – 10850,00 грн.

Узгоджена зміни ціни в бік зменшення (без зміни кількості (обсягу) та якості товарів, робіт і послуг).
Керуючись Постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг № 580 від 22.04.2019 року "Про затвердження Змін до деяких постанов НЕРЕКП" , Постановою Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг № 2001 від 21.ю12.2018 року "Про встановлення тимчасових тарифів для АТ "Укратрансгаз" на послуги транспортування природного газу для точок входу і точок виходу на перший рік другого регуляторного періоду, та визнання такими, що втратили чинність, деяких постанов НКРЕКП" Сторони домовилися внести зміни до Договору постачання природного газу № 19-151 від 04.01.2016 року, а саме Пункт 2.2 та п. 2.6 розділу 2 Договору викласти в новій редакції:
"2.2 Ціна на газ становить - 9720,40 за 1000 куб. м., крім того ПДВ - 1944,08 грн., всього з ПДВ - 11664,48 грн.,"
"2.6. Загальна сума Договору складається із місячних сум вартості газу поставленого Споживачеві за даним Догновором і складає 2 186 500,67 грн., крім того ПДВ - 437 300,14 грн., всього з ПДВ - 2 623 800,81 грн."
