Відповідно п.3 ч.5. ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. №922-VIII, керуючись нормами чинного цивільного та господарського законодавства, п.п. 3.2.,12.6. Договору №302у від 18.06.2021року та іншими нормативними актами у зв’язку з покращенням якості предмета закупівлі, за умови що таке покращення не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі про закупівлю Сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни до Договору, а саме: Викласти Додаток №1 “Договірна ціна” до Договору № 302у від 18.06.2021 року в новій редакції, Додаток в новій редакції додається. Викласти Додаток №2 “Кaлeндapний гpaфiк викoнaння poбiт ” до Договору № 302у від 18.06.2021 року в новій редакції, Додаток в новій редакції додається.
