Керуючись п. 8 ч. 5 та ч. 6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25 грудня 2015 року № 922-VIII, ст. ст. 651, 653 та 654 Цивільного кодексу України, Сторони домовилися про внесення змін до договору доповнивши розділ 13. «Строк дії Договору та інші умови» пунктом 13.8 такого змісту: «13.8. Дія договору продовжується на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в цьому договорі про закупівлю, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку».

Договору і викласти його в наступній редакції: «13.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з дати його підписання сторонами і діє до 31 березня 2022 року.»
