Note:
1. Сторони домовились внести зміни до п. 3.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«3.1. ціна цього договору становить 1 489 884,67 грн. (один мільйон чотириста вісімдесят дев’ять тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят чотири гривні 67 копійок) у тому числі ПДВ 20% - 248 314,12 грн.
При цьому фінансування робіт в 2020 році становитиме 1 000,00 грн. (одна тисяча гривень 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 166,67 грн., а в 2021 році 1 488 884,67 (один мільйон чотириста вісімдесят вісім тисяч вісімсот вісімдесят чотири гривні 67 копійок) в т.ч. ПДВ 20% - 248 147,45 грн.»
2. Сторони домовилися внести зміни до п. 5.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«5.1. Послуги, передбачені п. 1.1 цього Договору, мають бути закінчені до 31.12.2021 року.»
3. Сторони домовилися внести зміни до п. 12.1 Договору та викласти його в наступній редакції:
«12.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання та скріплення печатками Сторін та діє до 31.12.2021 року, а у частині розрахунків – до повного виконання зобов’язань за цим Договором.»
4. Ця додаткова угода складена українською мовою, на 1 аркуші у двох примірниках, кожний з яких має однакову юридичну силу і є невід’ємним додатком до Договору № 373 від 30.10.2020 року.
5. Інші умови вище вказаного Договору, які не змінені цією Додатковою угодою, залишаються без змін і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов’язання.
