Договору від 20.02.2019 № 299 про купівлю - продаж теплової енергії за державні кошти на
строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку 2020
року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків ціни, визначеної в початковому Договорі про
закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі
затверджено в установленому порядку.
