Виникла необхідність внести зміни до договору №2020\64-Т від 11.06.2020 року, укладеного між Державним підприємством Укрмедпроектбуд та ТОВ «КІСПРІ Україна», на підставі Листа № 358 від 14.07.2020 року від ТОВ «КІСПРІ Україна» в зв’язку з затримкою поставки тканини на виробництво та продовжити строк поставки товарів в наступному порядку:
40 (сорок) одиниць (штук) до 31.07.2020 року, 40 (сорок) одиниць (штук) до 07.08.2020 року, відповідно до п.4. ч.5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
