Відповідно до ч. 6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Дія договору про закупівлю може бути продовжена на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі/спрощеної закупівлі на початку наступного року в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної в початковому договорі про закупівлю, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на досягнення цієї цілі затверджено в установленому порядку. За взаємною згодою сторони домовились викласти п. 8.1. Договору у наступній редакції:
«8.1. Договір набирає чинності з моменту його підписання і діє до 31.03.2022 року, але в будь-якому випадку до повного виконання Сторонами своїх зобов’язань за ним.»
