відповідно до ч.6 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», для проведення процедури закупівлі теплової енергії у вигляді гарячої води за державні кошти на початку 2022 року, виникла необхідність у внесенні змін до абзацу 3 п. 40 розділу «Розрахунки за користування Т/Е» в Договорі № 5326 «С», укладеному з ПОКВПТГ «Полтаватеплоенерго» 11.05.2021 року. Сума Договору згідно діючих тарифів збільшується на 231 431,42грн. і складає 1388588,51грн.. з ПДВ.
