“ п. 10.2. Відповідно до чинного законодавства, дія цього Договору може продовжуватись на строк, достатній для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми, визначеної у даному Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, на суму 46 000 грн. (сорок шість тисяч грн. 00 коп.), без ПДВ.
