Note:
Відповідно до частини першої статті 188 Господарського кодексу України, частини першої статті 651 Цивільного кодексу України та до листа ТОВ «ПРОМТОПРЕСУРС» (вхідний № 01-07/458 від 10.08.2021) щодо продовження строків поставки внести зміни до пункту 5.1 Договору та викласти його в новій редакції:
«5.1. Строк (термін) поставки (передачі) товару: до 31.08.2021 року.»
2. Дану Угоду складено українською мовою в двох примірниках (по одному для кожної із Сторін), які мають однакову юридичну силу.
3. Дана Угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами і є невід’ємною частиною Договору.
4. Решта умов Договору залишається незмінною і обов’язковою до виконання сторонами.

Відповідно до ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі», ст. 651, 653, 654 Цивільного кодексу України та ст. 188 Господарського кодексу України Замовник і Учасник дійшли згоди розірвати договір з вини Учасника. Ця Додаткова угода набирає чинності з моменту її підписання Сторонами та є невід’ємною частиною до Договору. Цю Додаткову угоду складено українською мовою, на одній сторінці, у двох оригінальних примірниках – по одному для кожної Сторони.
