Угода вважається укладеною та набирає чинності з моменту її підписання і діє до 31 березня 2020 року. Сторони керуючись ч.3 ст. 631 Цивільного кодексу України, домовились, що всі умови цієї Угоди розповсюджують свої дії на відносини, які виникли між сторонами з 01.01.2019 р.»
