1. Відповідно до пп.4 п.5 ст. 41 ЗУ про «Публічні закупівлі» № 922-VIII від 25.12.2015 р. (зі змінами) з
урахуванням пп4. п. 19 Особливостей, передбачених Законом України "Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії
правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування,
затверджених Постановою КМУ №1187 від 12.10.2022 року, Сторони домовилися п.12.1. Договору викласти
в наступній редакції :
«12.1. Цей Договір вважається укладеним і набирає чинності з моменту його підписання Сторонами,
скріплення печатками та діє до 31.12.2026 року або до повного виконання сторонами договірних
зобов'язань, а в частині розрахунків до повного його виконання»
2. Решта умов Договору №1 від 24.09.2020 року, яких не торкалася ця Додаткова угода, залишаються
незмінними і Сторони підтверджують по них свої зобов'язання.
