Note:
Керуючись п. 8 ч. 4 та ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»( редакція закону діюча на момент укладення договору), ст. ст.651, 653 та 654 Цивільного Кодексу України, положеннями Договору на постачання природного газу № 51/02 від 28.02.2020 року (далі – Договір), Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку а також збільшити а також керуючись п.2 ч. 4 ст 36 Закону (редакція закону діюча на момент укладення договору) сторони домовились щодо, зміни ціни за одиницю товару не більше ніж на 10 відсотків у разі коливання ціни такого товару на ринку, за умови, що зазначена зміна не призведе до збільшення суми, визначеної в договорі.

Керуючись п. 8 ч. 4 та ч.5 ст. 36 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі»( редакція закону діюча на момент укладення договору), ст. ст.651, 653 та 654 Цивільного Кодексу України, положеннями Договору на постачання природного газу № 51/02 від 28.02.2020 року (далі – Договір), Сторони прийшли до згоди продовжити строк дії Договору для проведення процедури закупівлі на початку наступного року, в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі, укладеному в попередньому році, якщо видатки на цю мету затверджені в установленому порядку.
Доповнити п. 1.2. наступним:
«Збільшити кількість куб.м. на 48890,00»
Викласти п. 3.6. Договору у наступній редакції:
«Загальна сума вартості цього договору становить 2272800,00 (два мільйони двісті сімдесят дві тисячі вісімсот гривень, 00 коп), в тому числі ПДВ - 378800.00 грн.
