Note:
1. Згідно пункту 5 статті 36 Закону України «Про Публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 р. № 922-VIII (зі змінами) Додатковою угодою № 1 від 30.12.2019р. Сторони продовжили дію Договору № 98 від 05 лютого 2019 р. (надалі Договору) до 31 січня 2020 року. 2. У зв'язку з виділенням кощторисних призначень на електричну енергію у 2020 році, Сторони дійшли згоди доповнити п.1 Додаткової угоди № 1 від 30.12.2019р. до договору№ 98 від 05 лютого 2019 р. абзацом наступного змісту: “Сума Додаткової угоди складає 16 598 400 грн. 00 коп. (шістнадцять мільйонів п'ятсот дев'яносто вісім тисяч чотириста грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ — 2 766 400 грн. із них: кошти міського бюджету — 2 450 000 грн. 00 коп. (два мільйони чотириста п'ятдесят тисяч грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 408 333 грн. 33 коп.; власні кошти — 14 148 400 грн. 00 коп. (чотирнадцять мільйонів сто сорок вісім тисяч чотириста грн. 00 коп.) в т.ч. ПДВ 2 358 066 грн. 67 коп.
