Керуючись пунктом 11.2, розділу 11 Договору, де зазначено, що «Зміни і доповнення до Договору вносяться шляхом укладання відповідної додаткової угоди до цього Договору, набувають чинності за умови їх підписання уповноваженими особами обох сторін та вважаються невід’ємними його частинами»
1. Внести зміни до пункту 10.1 розділу 10 Договору «Строк дії договору», виклавши в наступній
редакції:
10.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дати підписання і діє до 14 січня 2022 року включно, але в будь-якому IIА випадку до повного виконання сторонами своїх зобов’язань за цим Договором.
