Note:
1. Керуючись п.7.2 Договору, на підставі Рішення Виконавчого комітету Вінницької міської ради від 13.10.2021 р. за № 2448, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в п.1.2 Додатку 1 цього Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
«Для потреб опалення по двоставковому тарифу на теплову енергію за такими складовими:
Без урахування витрат на утримання та ремонт центральних теплових пунктів, без урахування витрат на утримання індивідуальних теплових пунктів
-умовно-постійна частина – 118167,52 грн/Гкал/год в місяць з ПДВ;
- умовно-змінна частина – 2840,87 грн/Гкал з ПДВ.

Керуючись п. 7.2. Договору, на підставі Рішення Виконавчого комітету Вінницької міської ради від 01.11.2021 р. за № 2593, Сторони дійшли згоди внести зміни в п.1.2. Додатку № 1 цього Договору, виклавши його в наступній редакції:
