На підставі пункту 5 ст. 36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII, сторони дійшли згоди внести наступні зміни зміни до договору № 39 від 19.05.2017 року: ціна додаткової угоди становить 4038944,22 грн. (Чотири мільйона тридцять вісім тисяч дев'ятсот сорок чотири гривні, 22 копійки), утому числі ПДВ 673157,37 грн., що не більше 20 відсотків від суми Договору від 19.05.2017 року № 39.
