На виконання рішення Луцької міської ради від 25.04.2018 р. № 40/52 «Про реорганізацію комунальних закладів охорони здоров’я міста Луцька» та рішення Луцької міської ради від 25.07.2018 р. №44/23 «Про створення комунального підприємства «Луцька міська дитяча поліклініка»», у зв’язку з реорганізацією через перетворення юридичної особи публічного права – комунального закладу «Луцька міська дитяча поліклініка», встановлено, що комунальне підприємство «Луцька міська дитяча поліклініка» є правонаступником усіх прав та обов’язків комунального закладу «Луцька міська дитяча поліклініка». У зв’язку з цим у договорі № ОБ-19 необхідно замінити преамбулу договору.
