На підставі п. 3.13 договору № 757 від 10.11.2022 та з дотриманням пункту 6 статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» вирішили укласти цю додаткову угоду до договору про закупівлю товарів за державні кошти № 757 від 10.11.2022 про наступне: 1. Сума додаткової угоди становить 100000,00 грн. (сто тисяч грн. 00 коп.) з урахуванням ПДВ. (Спеціальний фонд: КПКВ 4111010 – 100000,00 грн.), що не перевищує 20 відсотків суми визначеної у договорі про закупівлю укладеному у попередньому році з урахуванням всіх додаткових угод.
