Відповідно до ч. 5 ст. 10 Закону України «Про житлово-комунальні послуги» №2189- VIІІ від 09 листопада 2017 р., постанови Національної комісії, що здійснює державне регулювання у сферах енергетики та комунальних послуг від 22 грудня 2021 року №2858 «Про встановлення тарифів на централізованого водопостачання та централізованого водовідведення» установлено тариф 25,212 грн/м3 з ПДВ.
2. Відповідно до пункту 7 частини 5 ст.41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» від 25.12.2015 року № 922-VIІІ (зі змінами) умови договору можуть змінюватись у разі зміни встановлення згідно із законодавством регульованих цін (тарифів).
