Керуючись частиною шостою статті 41 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» Сторони погодили продовжити дію Договору у 2023 році та збільшити суму Договору в обсязі, що не перевищує 20% суми, визначеної в Договорі та внести наступні зміни:
1.1. Загальну суму Договору збільшити на 327,00 грн. з ПДВ (триста двадцять сім гривень 00 копійок).
В пункті 10.1 Договору цифри та слова «31.01.2023 року» замінити цифрами та словами «28.02.2023 року».
