«11.1. Цей Договір набирає чинності з дня підписання та діє до 28 лютого 2022 року. Сплив строку дії Договору не звільняє Сторони від повного виконання своїх зобов’язань за даним Договором».
Загальна вартість товару, що буде закуплений в період з 01 січня 2022 року по 28 лютого 2022 року, визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами та не може перевищувати 20% суми Договору №63 про закупівлю товару від 09.03.2021.
Конкретний обсяг товару, що буде закуплений в період з 01 січня 2022 року по 28 лютого 2022 року, визначається окремою додатковою угодою між Сторонами після затвердження кошторису (тимчасового кошторису).
