Note:
Керуючись п.3 ч.4 ст.36 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", зі змінами (далі - Закон), переможцем торгів (далі - Продавець) надана пропозиція здійснити покращення якості предмета закупівлі шляхом поставки однієї зі складових частин комплектації Товару з більш кращими характеристиками, без збільшення суми, визначеної в Договорі. З урахуванням зазначеного та керуючись п.4 ч.4 ст.36 Закону продовжено виконання зобов'язань Продавця по постачанню Товару, а саме строк постачання Товару продовжено до 12 грудня 2016 року.
